Coconut Milk
0.5 small glass (60g)
Curry leaves
5 gms (5g)
Cowpea, brown
0.5 cup (100g)
Chopped Green Chilli

Preparation
-Wash and cut ash gourd.
Cooking Steps
Cook the ash gourd and cowpeas with a little water and salt until they are tender.
Add thin half of the coconut milk, cumin seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves. Mix well.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Add remaining coconut milk and mix well.
Remove from heat and serve hot with rice.
