Okra, Raw
1 cup, sliced (200g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (80g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp (5g)
Cumin seeds
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Garam Masala

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add sliced okra and sauté for 5-7 minutes or until they are slightly browned.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
Add water to the pan and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the okra is cooked and tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
