Ingredients
Rice Flour
0.5 small cup (50g)
Common salt
0.5 tbsp (7.5g)
Plain Water
1 medium glass (200g)
Oats Flour
1 small cup (100g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl combine oats flour , rice flour and salt. mix well. Form a batter.
Cover the bowl and let the batter ferment for 8-10 hours in a warm place.
After fermentation, mix the batter well and adjust the consistency by adding water as needed.
Heat oil in a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the dosa.
Cook the dosa for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift off the tawa.
Flip the dosa and cook for another 1-2 minutes until it is cooked through.
Remove the dosa from the tawa and serve hot
