0.5 medium cup (125g)
Rolled Oats
1 tbsp (15g)
Skimmed Milk
0.5 medium glass (125g)
Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp (2.5g)
Homemade kefir
1 tbsp (15g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add the rolled oats . Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the skimmed milk, ground cinnamon and kefir. Stir well and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes until the oats are cooked and the porridge is creamy.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Note- You can use any preferred milk.
