Oats Atta
1 small bowl (50g)
Onion Finely Chopped
0.5 medium cup (75g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Garam Masala
1 tbsp (2.5g)

Chopped Green Chilli

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse moong dal in water and soak it for 2-3 hours. Drain the water and grind the dal into a coarse paste.
Dry roast the oats in a pan for 2-3 minutes until they turn slightly brown. Allow it to cool and grind into a coarse powder.
In a mixing bowl, combine the moong dal paste, oat powder, finely chopped onion, green chili, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small round or oval cutlets.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil.
Place the cutlets on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
