Preparation
-Soak oats groats overnight; Drain the water in the morning
Cooking Steps
In a pressure cooker, add oats, washed moong dal, achari masala, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chili, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Mix well.
Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
Close the pressure cooker with its lid and cook for 3-4 whistles or until the khichdi is cooked well.
Once the pressure is released, add cubed paneer and mix well. cook for few mins.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
