Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Chopped Green Chilli

Cumin seeds

Turmeric powder

Preparation
grate the doodhi and keep it aside
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine oats atta, grated doodhi, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add water little by little and knead the mixture into a soft dough. The dough should be firm enough to roll out but not too dry.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll them out into thin circles using a rolling pin and some dry flour.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles start to appear on the surface.
Flip the roti and cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are lightly browned and cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls and serve hot.
