Skimmed Milk Curd

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add oats flour, curd, water, ginger paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Heat a steamer or a large pot with water over high heat. Grease a dhokla plate or a round cake pan with oil.
Pour the batter into the greased plate and place it in the steamer or pot.
Steam for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the plate from the steamer and let it cool for a few minutes.
Cut the dhokla into pieces and transfer to a serving plate.
For the tempering, heat oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add green chilies and curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
Pour the tempering over the dhokla and serve.
