1 small bowl (100g)
Plain Water
0.5 small cup (50g)
Wheat Flour (Atta)
1 small bowl (100g)

Cooking Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, add oats bran, Wheat flour and water.
Mix well using your hands to form a dough. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water to make it moist.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into balls.
Place each ball on a flat surface and press it with your palm to flatten it.
Roll it out using a rolling pin to form a thin roti.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium-high heat.
Place the roti on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it is slightly browned and cooked.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot.
