Whole Wheat Flour Roti Homemade Wrap
1 number (120g)
Common salt
1 tsp (5g)
Plain Water
1 small glass (150g)
Wheat flour, refined
1 tbsp (15g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats bran, whole wheat flour, and salt.
Slowly add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. The dough should be soft and pliable.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Dust each ball with wheat flour and roll it out into a thin circle.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa.
Cook the roti on both sides, flipping it once, until brown spots appear on both sides.
Remove from the tawa and place it in a roti basket or wrap it in a clean kitchen towel to keep it warm.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot with your favorite vegetable curry or dal.
