Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats bran and oats atta.
Gradually add warm water to the mixture and knead it into a soft dough. Add more water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Dust a rolling board with some oats atta and roll out each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out roti on the hot tawa and cook for 20-30 seconds on each side or until it's cooked through.
Remove the roti from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining balls of dough.
Serve hot.
