Common salt

Carom(Ajwain) Seeds

Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the wheat atta, oats bran, salt, ajwain seeds, turmeric powder, and cumin powder.
Gradually add water, a little at a time, and knead the dough until it is smooth and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Dust each ball with wheat atta and roll it out into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out roti onto the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, until bubbles start to form.
Flip the roti over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until it is cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot with any curry or vegetable dish.
