Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats bran, oats flour.
Add warm water slowly and start kneading the dough. Add more water if needed to form a smooth and pliable dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6-8 equal-sized balls.
Dust the rolling board with some oats flour.
Roll each ball into a thin circle, dusting with oats flour as needed.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Place the rolled roti on the hot pan and cook for 30-40 seconds until small bubbles appear.
Flip the roti and cook for another 30-40 seconds until the other side is cooked.
Remove the roti from the pan and place it on a plate.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot.
