Nut Milk
Nut Milk Blend is a nutritious plant-based milk alternative made by blending almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and munakka (dried grapes) together. The mixture is typically soaked, blended, and strained to create a creamy, dairy-free milk that is rich in vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. It can be used as a dairy substitute in various recipes or enjoyed on its own as a refreshing and nutritious beverage.

Cooking Steps
Soak almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and munakka in water separately for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drain and rinse the soaked nuts, seeds, and munakka.
In a blender, combine all the soaked ingredients and add fresh water. The ratio of nuts/seeds to water can vary based on desired thickness.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Strain the nut milk through a nut milk bag or a fine mesh sieve to separate the pulp from the milk.
Store the nut milk in a clean container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Shake well before using.
