Instructions
Preparation
Boil the noodles:
Cook the noodles as per package instructions, rinse under cold water to prevent sticking, and toss with a little oil.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Toss in the vegetables (bell peppers, carrot, broccoli, cabbage, and spring onions) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.
Add boiled noodles and mix well.
Pour in soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and keep warm.
Heat the sizzler plate thoroughly and grease it with butter or oil.
Add a layer of stir-fried noodles on top.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Carefully place the sizzling hot plate on the wooden base and serve immediately. Enjoy the steaming, sizzling aroma and flavours!
