Cooking Steps
Make the marinade: In a bowl add tofu chunks and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and keep it for about 30 minutes.
Grill the tofu: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated tofu chunks for 2-3 minutes on each side until they get a slight char. Remove from the skillet and keep aside.
Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the assorted vegetables until they are slightly tender but still crunchy. Then add a pinch of salt and black pepper for flavour. Remove from the skillet and keep aside
Preparing the noodles: In a pan add some oil to sauté vegetables for 1 minute. Then add cooked noodles and mix well with veggies. Add salt as required.
Assemble the sizzler: Place the sizzling plate on a heatproof wooden board. Place lettuce/cabbage leaves and keeps the grilled tofu to the center of the sizzling plate. Arrange the sautéed vegetables
