Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Navratan Korma, first soak cashew nuts, almonds, melon seeds in water for 30 minutes
Step 2: Remove water after 30 minutes
Step 3: Take out the skin of the almonds
Step 4: Pour all these ingredients in the mixer grinder and make a paste
Step 5: Keep it aside
Step 6: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 7: Add onions and cook till they become soft
Step 8: After the onion becomes soft, add ginger garlic paste and mix it
Step 9: Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ground paste and 1/4 cup water and mix
Step 10: Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 11: Now add vegetables and 1 cup of water
Step 12: Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Step 13: Put ghee in a small pan and roast cashew nuts in it
Step 14: Add it to the vegetable and garnish with the pomegranate
Step 15: Serve Navratan Korma with Bundi Raita and Tawa Paratha for dinner
