Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large pan, dry roast the amaranth seeds over medium heat until they start to pop and turn golden brown. Transfer them to a large bowl.
In the same pan, dry roast the roasted makhana, murmura, and bhuna chana over medium heat until they turn crispy and golden brown. Transfer them to the same bowl with the amaranth seeds.
