Preparation
-Wash the mutton mince thoroughly and drain excess water.
Cooking Steps
Heat a pan and dry-cook the mutton mince on medium heat until all the moisture evaporates. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Let it cool completely.
In a food processor, combine the cooked mutton mince, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, and spices (red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt).
- Blend until it forms a smooth paste.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into flat, round kebabs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Shallow fry the kebabs for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot
