Preparation
Hammer the mutton to flatten and soften.
Cut mutton into strips.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the mutton strips, lime juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, olive oil, and salt. Mix well until the mutton is coated in the spices.
Cover the bowl and marinate the mutton for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thread the marinated mutton strips onto skewers.
Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mutton is cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.
Serve hot.
