Preparation
- Cut mutton into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. cumin seeds.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomato, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add mutton pieces and mix well so that they are coated in the masala.
Add 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook until the mutton is tender. This should take around 20-25 minutes.
Once the pressure is released, remove the lid and cook the curry for another 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the gravy thickens.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
