Preparation
Slice the mushrooms and blanch them for few minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
Now add the sliced green bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they become tender.
Add all the spices mixture to the pan and stir well to coat the mushrooms and peppers evenly.
Reduce the heat to low and let the masala cook for about 5-7 minutes, allowing all the flavors to blend together.
Once cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
