Instructions
Preparation
Wash, peel and boil the potato.
Cut into cubes.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, boiled potato, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves.
Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well.
Add lemon juice as needed to adjust the seasoning.
Serve immediately.
