Muli Saag
Mulli Saag is a traditional Punjabi dish made with fresh, tender radish greens and spices. It is a vegan and gluten-free dish, making it suitable for many dietary preferences. Radish greens are an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like calcium and iron. This dish is a great way to use up the greens that are often discarded when cooking with radishes. The dish is best served hot with roti or rice.
