Instructions
Preparation
Steam moong sprout:
-Rinse moong sprouts.
-Place in steamer/colander over boiling water.
-Steam 3–5 mins (just softened, still crunchy).
-Cool slightly before use.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add steamed sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber.
Add lemon juice, salt, and chaat masala. Mix everything well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
