Green Moong Dal (Cooked)
1 small bowl (100g)
Chopped Onion
1 small cup (80g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp (5g)
Cumin seeds
1 tsp (5g)
Plain Water
4 medium glass (1000g)
Common Salt
0.25 tsp (1.5g)
Black Pepper
0.5 tsp (1g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp (10g)
Fresh Mint (chopped)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pressure cooker or a pot, add moong dal, chopped onion, chopped garlic, cumin seeds, and 4 cups of water.
Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles or until the dal is soft and mushy. If using a pot, simmer for 30-35 minutes until the dal is cooked.
Once cooked, blend the dal mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
If the soup is too thick, add some more water to adjust the consistency.
Season with salt and pepper as per your taste.
Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves, and mix well.
Serve hot and enjoy!
