- Wash and chop mooli/radish leaves.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped garlic, and chopped green chili. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add chopped radish/mooli leaves and mix well, ensuring the leaves are coated in the spices.
