Preparation
-Sliced strawberries, mixed berries and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, mixed berries, plain yogurt and date paste. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove the container from the freezer and stir the mixture well to break up any ice crystals that may have formed.
Return the container to the freezer and freeze for another 2-3 hours, or until the frozen dessert is completely frozen.
Remove the container from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Scoop the frozen dessert into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
