Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pan, dry roast the cumin seeds until fragrant.
Add chopped onions, chopped garlic. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add chopped carrots, cauliflower florets, green peas, and capsicum. Mix well.
Add water to cover the vegetables and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked and tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
