Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell goes away.
Add mixed vegetables and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the lid and let any excess water evaporate, if needed.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
