Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, whisk the homemade skimmed milk curd until it is smooth and creamy.
Add the mixed sprouts, chopped onion and green chili. Mix well.
Mix well.
Add cumin powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Serve the Raita.
