Cooking Steps
Rinse and soak the quinoa, moong dal, and chana dal separately overnight in water.
Drain the water and blend the dal and quinoa in a mixer or blender to a smooth paste, adding a little water if needed.
Transfer the batter to a bowl and add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it with a little oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin crepe.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the cheela and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is also golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
