Instructions
Preparation
Rinse the coriander leaves and mint leaves in water and pat them dry.
Wash and peel ginger.
Cooking Steps
In a blender or food processor, combine the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, peeled ginger, lemon juice, cumin seeds, and salt.
Add water as needed to get the desired consistency.
Blend until the chutney is smooth and well combined.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and serve it.
Note: If you like more granular consistency you can hand grind on a stone grinder.
