Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, rice flour, yogurt, water, salt, and cumin seeds. Mix well to form a smooth batter. The consistency should be similar to regular dosa batter. Let the batter rest for about 10-15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet or dosa pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the center of the pan. Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the dosa and on top. Cook the dosa for about 1-2 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown and crisp.
Flip the dosa using a spatula and cook the other side for another minute. You can fold the dosa in half or roll it if desired.
Remove the dosa from the pan and serve hot.
