Cooking Steps
Roughly grind flax seeds in a grinder.
In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Once the water starts boiling, Turn off the heat and add methi seeds, kadi patta and roughly ground flax seeds to the water.
Cover the saucepan and let the mixture soak overnight.
In the morning, strain the water and discard the methi seeds and kadi patta.
