Fenugreek leaves (Methi)
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Plain Water
0.25 small cup (50g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, chopped methi leaves.
Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft and pliable dough. Add water as needed to achieve the right consistency.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Dust a rolling board with wheat flour and roll out each ball into a round roti.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the roti on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side.
Flip the roti and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Remove the roti from the tawa and serve hot.
