Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped fenugreek leaves, grated radish, carom seeds, and salt to prepare the stuffing.
In a separate bowl, mix the bajra flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll them into balls.
Take a dough ball, flatten it, and place a portion of the stuffing in the center.
Bring the edges of the dough together to enclose the stuffing and gently roll it back into a ball.
Roll out the stuffed ball into a roti using a rolling pin.
