Methi Kari Patta Water is a refreshing drink that's easy to make and is known for its detoxifying properties. This drink is made from soaking fenugreek seeds and curry leaves in water overnight. The seeds are then strained, and the water is consumed on an empty stomach in the morning. It is an excellent way to stay hydrated while also getting the benefits of the seeds' nutrients.

Boil a glass of Water and turn off the heat and then add methi (fenugreek) seeds, & curry leaves.

Cover the jar with a lid and let it soak overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

In the morning, strain the water and discard the solids.

Drink the infused water on empty stomach in the morning.
