Cooking Steps
Rinse the fenugreek seeds and carom seeds thoroughly with water.
In a large pot, add 4 cups of water, fenugreek seeds, and carom seeds.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
Once the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the seeds soaked in water overnight.
In morning strain the water and discard the seeds.
Transfer the water to a glass bottle or jar.
Drink this water throughout the day, on an empty stomach, for best results.
