Preparation
-To boil potatoes in a pressure cooker, add water, close the lid, cook for 2-3 whistles, and let the pressure release naturally.
-To boil peas, place them in a separate pot, cover with water, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add boiled green peas, finely chopped mushroom, and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Add finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to combine.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into tikkis or patties.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Place the tikkis on the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve hot.
