Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the masala for a few minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and the oil begins to separate.
Place fish steaks into the masala, coat them well, and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
