Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the beaten eggs. Mix well.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the omelette and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot
