Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, combine the boneless chicken pieces, curd, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
Add the marinated chicken and a cup of water and stir well. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
