Split Urad Dal (Raw)
0.5 small bowl (50g)
Ginger Paste
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Cumin Powder
0.5 tsp (1g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Wash and soak moong dal in water for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Drain the water and grind the dal into a coarse paste without adding water.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to the dal paste. Mix well.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add spoonfuls of the dal mixture to the pan and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the mangodi and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot.
