Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, take the maize flour.
Add warm water slowly and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Flatten each ball and shape it into a round roti.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the roti on it.
Cook the roti for 2-3 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes on each side until it becomes crispy.
Serve hot.
