Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a blender, combine the roasted makhana, sprouts and blend to fine paste.
In a mixing bowl add makhana and sprouts mixture, crumbled paneer, grated paneer, onion, carrot, chopped coriander leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round tikis.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the tikis on the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, flipping occasionally.
Serve hot.
