Cooking Steps
Dry roast the Makhana in a pan for 5-7 minutes over low heat until they become crispy. Remove from heat and let them cool.
Grind the Makhana to a coarse powder in a mixer or food processor.
In a pan, heat the milk over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Add the ground Makhana powder, cardamom powder to the milk. Stir well.
Reduce the heat and let the milk simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and reduces in volume.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
