Preparation
Chop the almonds.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the makhana to the pan and dry roast them until they are crisp and slightly golden brown. Remove from heat and let them cool.
Crush the roasted makhana.
In a large saucepan, heat the skimmed milk over medium heat.
Add the crushed makhana to the milk and stir well.
