Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
Apply the spice paste to the fish fillets, making sure that they are coated evenly on both sides.
