Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften and turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add paneer cubes and kasuri methi. Mix well, ensuring the paneer cubes are coated in the masala.
Add water and stir well. Bring the gravy to a boil.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the gravy thickens.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
